Standard Catering Menu Order Process

1. Submitted requests will be reviewed within 24 business hours (Monday–Friday) of receipt of order and approved by Guckenheimer staff.

2. All day beverage service is not a catering menu item. Please submit a CaterTrax request for each beverage delivery needed.

3. Guckenheimer cannot accept CaterTrax requests with multiple events on one order. Every delivery requires its own CaterTrax contract.

4. Guckenheimer staff will contact the customer listed on the catering request if there are changes with product availability, delivery time, and pick‑up times.

5. Modifications to orders must be submitted into the existing order through CaterTrax at least 24 business hours (Monday–Friday) in advance of the event for those changes to be accepted. This allows the team time to review, approve, and fulfill these changes. In the event that we cannot meet the change request, Guckenheimer will email and call to discuss options.

6. All breakfast and lunch caterings will be picked up two hours after delivery time, per food safety guidelines.

Custom Catering Menu – Special Catering Process

1. Customers will email clayton.catering@guckenheimer.com with catering requests for the Guckenheimer team at least 5 business days in advance of the planned event to ensure enough time to order and receive requested food items.

2. The Guckenheimer Catering Management will contact the customer to schedule a call to develop an approved menu.

3. The custom menu will be entered by Guckenheimer into CaterTrax and then emailed to the customer for confirmation. The order will be fulfilled as outlined in CaterTrax.

4. A Guckenheimer team member will contact the customer listed on the order if there are changes to product availability, delivery time, or pick‑up times.

5. Modifications to orders must be submitted into the existing order through CaterTrax at least 48 business hours (Monday–Friday) in advance of the event for those changes to be accepted. This allows the team time to review, approve, and fulfill these changes.
